Curd and pumpkin casserole with poppy
Ingredients: Large baked pumpkin – 600 g, cottage cheese – 0,5 kg, oranges – 2 pcs., Eggs – 5 pcs., Starch – 2 st. L., Sugar – 190 g, Mac – 3 st. L., Sour cream – 100 g, butter – 50 g, spices.

Cheese and curd balls
Ingredients: Cheese – 400 g, cottage cheese – 200 g, sour cream – 100 g, 2 cloves of garlic, cucumber – 1 pc., Red Bulgarian Pepper – 1 pc., Salted fish – 150 g, dried tomatoes – 100 g, mayonnaise – 100 g, dill, parsley, sweet paprika, sesame.
Finely cut cubes cucumbers, pepper, fish and dried tomatoes. Grate the cheese on a large grater, mix it with sour cream and small quantity of mayonnaise. Beat in a blender cottage cheese, add garlic, finely chuckled parsley and sweet pepper, mix everything.
